Subscription Information:

The annual fee(s) for a Basic Annual Subscription will be automatically charged to your credit card on an annual basis, prior to the service end date. In addition, all fees for Additional Pet Profiles that were ordered during a prior subscription term will be charged at the same time.

Additional Profiles Information:

You must acquire a Basic Annual Subscription or have login access as an existing Free Trial User or Basic Annual Subscription before you can order or use Additional Pet Profiles. Additional Pet Profiles do not work on a standalone basis.

You can acquire any number or combination of Additional Pet Profiles at anytime within a Free Trial or Basic Annual Subscription term. Upon approval, the Additional Pet Profiles will become part of and share the same Basic Annual Subscription or Free Trial Use Period, which is subject to the same renewal / expiration date as the Basic Annual Subscription or Free Trial Period. The Fees are listed in the cart. These fees will not be reduced or discounted due to a shorter term of use:

Examples:

You start your Basic Annual Subscription in January. You decide to add Pet Profiles in July. Your fees for the Additional Pet Profiles are not discounted by 50% of the amount due because you only have 50% of the Basic Annual Subscription term remaining (Use Period). The fees are 100% of the amount agreed to when you add them to the cart and make payment. In addition:

Free Trial Users:The Free Trial is designed so users can get a feel for the ease of use, quality and depth of the application. We do not prevent Free Trial Users from adding Additional Pet Profiles for a fee. If the Free Trial expires or converts to a Basic Annual Subscription, the Additional Pet Profiles acquired during a Free Trial will expire as well. No credit(s) or refund(s) will be provided.

Basic Annual Subscriptions: Any Additional Pet Profiles added during the term will be added to your registration record. Upon automatic renewal of your Basic Annual Subscription fee we will also add the proper fees for the number of Additional Pet Profiles you have in your registration record.
